The Heart of Fashion is an annual fundraiser for the Palm Desert Mourning Star Center. The 2010 event included an Evening Wine Reception and a Luncheon Fashion Show featuring jewelry from designers Jeffrey Appling, Adam Neeley, Pat Newton, and Pamela Turner-Vossler.
